All potential returns must be reported within 24 hours from when the order will be received. The products must be in impeccable condition, with all the seals and packaging accessories unopened & in resealable condition.

If the return request is accepted by Originaloilbd, then the client will have to pay the delivery fee plus the difference (if any) for the new product that will be shipped to them.

In the case of defective products, please ensure that the product remains inside of its original packaging. If a product is defective or found incorrect on arrival then Originaloilbd   will bear all shipping costs. 

To be eligible for a return, your goods must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and must be in the original packaging. Our return policy does not apply to the following goods:

Discounted or sale items, Wrongly ordered items, OEM fluids, Electrical goods etc. These items are not eligible for return, refund or exchange.

Refunds and Exchanges

After we receive your returned product, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the acceptance or rejection of your return.

If your return is accepted by us, We will provide one of the following within a reasonable time: 

**An exchange of similar good for the item returned 

** A credit to the payment card or original method of payment used to pay for the item and/or bKash.

Refund Policy: 

**If the item is purchased with cash on delivery method, after we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund via voucher, exchange with other product, MFS fund transfer or bank transfer depending on your selected option, and this cannot be changed after option has been registered by our team.

** If the item is purchased with pre-payment, then refund will be applied through the gateway on the original payment method that was used on the time of purchasing the item.

**Voucher is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash / gift card / voucher in part or full.

** If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to you within 7 working days, after scrutiny.

** If the claim is not valid then Hotshot Automotive will not be liable to exchange or refund.
