সম্মানিত ক্রেতাবৃন্দ, ORIGINAL OIL BD সব সময় কাস্টমারদের সর্বোচ্চ গুরুত্ব দিয়ে থাকে। এতদসত্বেও গ্রাহক সেবার মান উন্নত, সময়োপযোগী এবং দ্রুততর করার জন্যে কিছু নিয়ম কানুন মেনে কার্য পরিচালনা করতে হয়। সন্মানিত গ্রাহকগনের প্রতি বিশেষভাবে অনুরোধ ORIGINAL OIL BD থেকে আপনার গাড়ির জন্য পণ্য কেনার পূর্বে নিন্ম উল্লেখিত নিয়মাবলি ভালোভাবে অনুসরণ করবেন। ধন্যবাদ। ডেলিভারি এবং রিটার্ন– আমাদের ওয়েব সাইটে একই দিনে ডেলিভারী পেতে চাইলে আমাদের একইদিনে ডেলিভারী অপশনটি ব্যবহার করুন। পরবর্তীদিন ডেলিভারী পেতে চাইলে দুপুর ৩টার আগে অর্ডার করুন। আমাদের রেগুলার ডেলিভারী ঢাকায় এবং ঢাকার পার্শ্ববর্তী এলাকায় অর্ডার করার সর্বোচ্চ 48 ঘন্টার মধ্যে ডেলিভারী সম্পূর্ণ করে থাকি, ঢাকার বাহিরে হলে সর্বোচ্চ ৭২ ঘন্টার মধ্যে ডেলিভারী সম্পূর্ণ করে থাকি। যদি অর্ডারকৃত পণ্য ফেরৎ অথবা পরিবর্তন করতে হয়ে তাহলে আমাদের ডেলিভারী হওয়ার পরবর্তী ২৪ ঘন্টার মধ্যে আমাদের হেল্প লাইনে 0721104343 নম্বরে যোগাযোগ করতে হবে। তবে পন্য পেকেজিং খোলা, ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত পন্য ফেরৎ অথবা পরিবর্তন যোগ্য নয়। পন্য পরিবর্তন অথবা ফেরৎ অবশ্যয় ডেলিভারী চার্জ দিতে হবে। অর্ডার বাতিলকরণ– অনলাইনে অর্ডার প্লেস করার পরবর্তী ১ ঘন্টার মধ্যে আমাদের মোবাইল নম্বর 0721104343 অথবা আমাদের ফেইসবুক পেইজের ইনবক্সে আমাদের জানাতে হবে। আথবা আমাদের ওয়েবসাইটে একাউন্ট করা থাকলে অর্ডার করার পরবর্তী ১ঘন্টার মধ্যে আপনি নিজেই আপনার প্রোফাইল ডেসবোর্ড থেকে অর্ডার বাতিল করতে পারবেন। ORIGINAL OIL BD বাংলাদেশ বিলম্বিত বলে মনে করা যেকোনো অর্ডার বাতিলকরণ অস্বীকার করার অধিকার সংরক্ষণ করে।

Easy Replacement

We will replace your purchased product if the product has any defect by its manufacturer or if the product is not the same one you ordered.All you need to do is give us a call or drop an email at originaloilbd@gmail.com within a period of 03 days from the date of delivery. However, please return the product with the tags intact and in their original packaging, in an unwashed and undamaged condition. Replacement for products is subject to inspection and checking by vpshop team. Replacement cannot be possible if the product is burnt, damaged by short circuit Terms and conditions.
